From the author: Organizational responses to formal complaints of sexual harassment can be perceived by targets as either favorable or unfavorable. Unfortunately, we know very little about the factors associated with target perceptions of the favorability of organizational responses to their sexual harassment complaints. The purpose of the present study is to identify some of these factors as well as determine their relative ability to differentiate between targets whose perceptions are favorable and unfavorable. Implications for researchers and practitioners are discussed.
