From the supplier: A study of how creativity is nurtured in classrooms in Finland shows that some teachers, parents and policy-makers still view creativity as separate from the academic experience even as they remain convinced that education should still be all about academic learning. Since it has been proven that classroom experiences affect children's creativity later in life, Finnish decision-makers should try to infuse creative thinking skills into the curriculum. Although not necessarily a part of the classroom environment, parents should likewise support the introduction of creativity into their children's academic lives.
