From the supplier: Employers should have to cope with the challenges of having employees that are afflicted with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) under the terms of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. An accurate diagnosis is particularly helpful in developing an effective intervention strategy since when an employee has ADHD, almost every aspect of the employee relations process is affected. In addition, many changes in the work context and content will have to occur to accommodate them as they participate in the work flow. Otherwise, employers may find that the efficiency of workers are diminished, labor relations are deteriorating and that they have incurred legal penalties.
