Canadian Key Functional Business Outsourcing Forecast and Analysis, 2005-2009

The business outsourcing services market continues to experience strong growth in Canada and represents a tremendous opportunity for vendors with the right mix of skills to address customer requirements. Each of the four business outsourcing markets examined by IDC Canada (HR, customer care, finance & accounting, procurement) are growing at high single digit rates (procurement even higher) over the 2005 to 2009 forecast period.
