Buying Behavior of PCs and Servers Among Asia/Pacific Small and Medium-Sized Businesses

This IDC study assists readers in enhancing their knowledge and understanding of the Asia/Pacific's small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in terms of their buying behavior and purchasing trends. For this particular study, the focus is upon PCs and servers. In addition, this report will also provide readers with a spending forecast from 2004 to 2008.

"The results of IDC's annual survey indicate that SMBs in the Asia/Pacific region are slowly realizing the potential advantages in leasing or financing their PCs and servers. There was a slight increase of the percentage of respondents utilizing these options over the past year. IDC expects this percentage to continue growing in the next few years," says Tong-Yen Lau, senior analyst, IDC Asia/Pacific SMB research.
