China IT Services 2005-2009 Forecast and Analysis

This IDC study provides an overview of the market dynamics and development trends in the China IT services market for the period of 2005–2009. It covers the competitive positioning of the leading vendors in the 2004 China IT services market as well as the key foundation markets, providing a review of services revenue by industry and engagement type.

"The 2004 IT services market was still a growth engine of the total IT market, as it grew 20.3% over 2003, compared to 12.4% for the overall IT market. Although services only accounted for 15.9% of the total IT market in 2004, IDC forecasts the share of IT services will increase to 22.8% in 2009," says Grace Han, research manager, Software and Services Group, IDC China.
