Macrobiotic Pregnancy

Unlike all other pregnancy books, this book focuses on the joys and problems of pregnancy, labor, and after care for the macrobiotic familly. Most recommendations are based on traditional Japanese teachings. Included with each section is a bibliography for more in-depth study.
