This is the story that Terrence Malick based the 2005 feature film called The New World, about the settlement of Jamestown, but more about Pocahontas and her love and grief over the handsome Smith, portrayed by Colin Farrell, John Rolfe by Christian Bale, and Pocahontas by Q'orianka Kilcher.
