Supplement of Uniform Acts for Business Law

This supplement, which is designed for use in collegiate courses in business law, includes the Uniform Negotiable Instruments Act, the Uniform Sales Act, the Uniform Partnership Act, and the Uniform Commercial Code. The first three uniform acts are given in their entirety as they were submitted to the states for adoption by the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws. The Uniform Commercial Code has been carefully analyzed for the purpose of presenting the changes in the law proposed by the Code. For further comment on the Uniform Commercial Code, see page 58.
