This book contains a collection of healthful soups, lean fish and poultry dishes, an assembly of hams for the holidays as weel as some marvelous beef recipes. We paid a visit to the Shun Lee Restaurant in New York for a cluster of delicious Chinese dishes and I stopped to visit my old pal Chef John Doherty at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel to work up a series of heart-healthy recipes designed to lower blood cholestrol levels.
