We studied the diffusion of social norms returning to individualism, following a career intervention. Pupils, 14 years old, either having to describe themselves with personality or social groups. All participants answered to QNL (Dubois et Beauvois, 2002) to observe clear-sightedness in anchoring, self-sufficiency and internality. The results indicate that the work on self-description with personality provokes clear-sightedness in internality. These results are discussed and some tracks suggested for future research.
