📖 Description
Appreciation of Cheng-style Bagua Zhang and Weapons
By "Appreciation" the publishers mean that this is a survey of the Liang branch of the art of Bagua Zhang (Eight Trigrams Palms).
A compendium of many aspects of BaGua Zhang as represented by the Cheng Style. Liu Jing Ru, teacher, and his students show a little bit of everything: BaGua Straight Sword, basics, crescent knives, partner practice and - of course - the famous Eight Palm Changes. An interesting survey with complete forms. We recommend this one first if you want to see Liu's overall repertoire. Not a learning DVD, but a performance of key forms.
