ISO 2128:1976, Anodizing of aluminium and its alloys - Determination of thickness of anodic oxide coatings - Non-destructive measurement by split-beam microscope

The measurements apply in the most common cases to anodic oxide coatings having a thickness more than 10 m, or from 5 m with an even surface. The use of the measurement is limited by two factors: an opaque coating and an uneven surface. This title may contain less than 24 pages of technical content.
