Amazon Verified PurchaseLoved this book as a child and still find it enthralling. The illustrations are simple but convey the idea. Good book to read if one is not fond of poetry or good refresher. Think children will find it a good lead into history and myth. But does not evoke the sense of beauty of the Homeric verse
