The 1973 McGraw-Hill Yearbook of Science & Technology is the twelfth in the series that began in 1962. This series was the first attempt by a publisher to create an annual devoted exclusively to reporting current developments in all aspects of science and technology. The additions to the series each year attest to its usefulness to the reader. This Yearbook, like its predecessors, continues to analyze and report significant scientific and technical achievements of the previous year.
