In July, 1995 the CIA declassified and approved for release; documents revealing its sponsorship in the 1970’s of a program at Stanford Research Institute in Menlo Park, California. This program was a scientific investigation into phenomena known as “remote viewing” and it’s relevance in intelligence collection. Consequently, the Federal Government shut down the program, claiming a waste of tax dollars. The Consortium didn’t stop developing the technology. They figured out the secret to mind control is through the “veil” of the “other side” and now they are the only ones who know it. They took “Scientific Remote Viewing” one-step further and called it Kinetisizing”. They have trained members to kill, without physically being there. Their victims, think, feel, smell and hear them as they are being tortured. The victims appear to commit suicide The FBI is chasing feverously. But, there is no DNA or forensics.
