THE AUTHOR, Rev. Richard Niell Donovan is an ordained clergyman of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). His academic credentials include an M.Div. from Christian Theological Seminary and a Th.M. from Princeton Theological Seminary (concentrated in the area of homiletics). He served four years as the Homiletics Officer for the U.S. Army Chaplaincy, and has been publishing SermonWriter since 1998.
