SPEED Consortium PC-BDC 6.0, User's Manual (May 1, 2002)

SPEED (Scottish Power Electronics and Electric Drives) is a grouping of industrial companies with a common interest in electric machines, power electronics and motor drive technology. By means of an annual subscription, they support a range of R&D projects in the Power Electronics Laboratory at Glasgow University, focused in the area of motor drives. PC-BDC is intended for designing and calculating brushless permanent-magnet motors. It is based on the theory of the brushless permanent magnet motor, with several extensions developed by the SPEED Laboratory and our associates.
