This book is a formulation of acceptable engineering practice as applied to belt conveyors and ancillary equipment. It aims to make available the experience and technical knowledge of its members as a contribution toward the design and construction of conveyors of superior performance and to provide the basic data and fundamentals of design for application to the ordinary belt conveyor problems for the achievement of successful performance.
