Mondato’s 2009 Mobile Value Transfer Index: Country Report - Vietnam is a first of its kind examination of the Vietnamese mobile value transfer market.

The purpose of this country report is to enhance understanding of the MVT Index score for Vietnam, and in particular to quantify and qualify conditions there that are most conducive to development of the MVT market.
