Mr. Widdle and the Sea Breeze

"Mr. Widdle, in pursuit of perfect happiness, builds himself a village, plants in it three unusual inhabitants and settles down to live strictly according to schedule. When a particularly strong sea breeze and a strange little man named Bump Jump visit the village, Mr. Widdle's entire schedule goes awry, and he is forced to discover a surprising new life in which happiness does not depend on schedules."
