Scope
These instructions are in accordance with
the maintenance allocation chart published for
the use of direct support, general support, and
depot maintenance personnel maintaining the
Caliber .45, Submachine Guns, M3 and M3A1.
They provide information on the maintenance
of the equipment which is beyond the scope
of the tools, equipment, personnel or supplies
normally available to the operator and organizational
maintenance.
