Evolving a Portfolio Approach to IT PPM with Serena

"There is little leeway for poor IT decision making as companies deal with 10–60%+ fewer resources than they had 12–18 months ago," said Melinda Ballou, program director for IDC's Application Life-Cycle Management (ALM) service.
