Where Is God

Man has a tendency to turn to God in desperate situations. In all religions God is supposed to be omnipresent, omnipotent, and omniscient. He is also kind and benevolent. When natural disasters like earthquake, hurricanes occur causing massive destruction of life and property, they are called the acts of God. How does one reconcile this with His kindness? This book traces the development of the concept of God and tries to give a rational explanation based on modern scientific knowledge.
