Crew Resource Management (CRM) a Guide for Professional Pilots, is a refresher course presenting the latest techniques of aviation CRM. It should be used by professional aircrew, especially airline and corporate pilots, and is of benefit to all aviators. This course meets the guidelines issued by the FAA and EASA for recurrent CRM training for flight crews. This can also form the basis for FAA mandated Part 135 CRM training, now due by January 2013.
