Top 10 Service Providers in Western Europe, 2009

This IDC study provides a competitive analysis of the high-end segment of the Western European IT and business services market in 2009. It ranks the top 10 services providers and compares their revenue lines across IDC's macromarkets.

"The top 10 service vendors share on the overall services market declined from 28.8% to 28.3% in 2009, with most of the leading vendors losing share if Fujitsu, Capgemini, CSC, and T-Systems were excluded. Part of this share was gained by pure-play BPO vendors and pure-play offshore providers that weathered the storm better than the top 10 players in this difficult economic environment," said Laura Converso, research manager, IDC European Software and Services.
