It is the end of the Cold War between America and Russia. A new future for Russia is on the horizon. Leaving behind it the darkness and isolation of the past and the Communist party. Or many would have hoped so. Lingering in the shadows of the newly formed Russian Federation a secret group of Communist hardliners are plotting to pay America back for the fall of the Soviet Union. An ingenious plan is set in motion to start World War III and put an end to America. It is up to one man to decide the fate of the world.
