Bicycle across America with me and experience the joys of long distance bicycle touring. The adventure started when I was 7 years old when I got my first single speed bike and decided that someday I would ride a bike across America. Life was never the same again. The dream culminated with my 3265 mile ride from Newport, Oregon to Newport, New Jersey. As part of the adventure, I raised $24,000 to build a home for Habitat for Humanity. America is a much different nation when traveling at 15 mph and the wind is blowing through your hair and the smells and sights and sounds of the landscape fill your senses.
