Science and Spirituality

There is a common misconception that science and spirituality follow entirely different paths. This is largely due to the fact that spirituality is commonly understood to be a part of religion. However spirituality has nothing to do with religion. It is a basic human trait that arises from the heart and soul. Many famous scientists were and are spiritual even though belonging to different religions. The advances in modern science are beginning to show that science and spirituality are simply two branches of knowledge and both are essential for the development of mankind.
