Resolving Shame

Learn how to resolve shame quickly and easily, often in a single session using NLP. A big plus is that you can use this method without knowing anything about the content. This is particularly important, since clients can be uncomfortable revealing what it is that they are ashamed of. This same process can be used to resolve guilt, and the client in this video actually had a mixture of shame and guilt.
