Steve Andreas- NLP Client Session: Resolving Loss and Depression: Rediscovering Love [DVD]

An unedited 75-minute NLP client session with follow-up. . . . Hilde had had a difficult and lonely life; recently several years of life-threatening illness had already put her "over the top" into a moderate depression and hopelessness. Her very special cat had died about a month before our session, adding yet another loss. We worked toward resolving her grief, and weakening her belief that "I don't deserve it" in regard to love and good feelings. From the follow-up interview: "The grief was so intense with my kitty, that I just thought, 'You know, I'm either gonna sink or swim here.' . . . I really felt when I left here, something had shifted. So I was pretty impressed. I told a couple of people, 'NLP-really effective.' I'm amazed. Unbelievable. I've never had such a fast shift."
