Let me explain to you a little bit about me and what I have set out to do with this eBook. First, I have been “juicing†as it has come to be known for at least 15 years. I was juicing when all I had at my disposal was the old fashioned blender where you’d have to actually hold the button down to liquefy. Not very good. However, what this allowed me to do was create many different variations of smoothie recipes through mix and match. I have provided you many of those recipes in this book.
This is done through a few methods. First every one of my smoothies always has a dark green vegetable. Besides tasting great, they provide great nutritional benefits from vitamins to antioxidants. They are a staple of my smoothies. Second will be an additional vegetable. This won’t be a dark green vegetable but will be something else that will provide you with an equal amount of nutrients and will also tackle some different areas that a dark green vegetable may not cover. Third, is a fruit. This is done to not only add some sweetness to the smoothie but also provide you with even more nutrients as well. Finally, my smoothies are topped off with water, ice, or yogurt.
