Remembering Bobby Hartmann
Description
A demon-monster lurking in the abandoned mine? Everybody knows the stories are ludicrous. Even when a young boy is mauled to death near an old shaft, still the suggestion there’s something hiding in the mine is considered nonsense.
Yet a young news reporter thinks otherwise. Illie Smith, on his first investigative case, is determined to get photographic evidence. He solicits the support of several teenagers who have stumbled upon an entrance. Richard, seventeen years old and eager to participate, leads the way. His girlfriend Susie is sceptical, as is his best buddy Alec, but they both agree to help.
Only when they are deep underground and driven to their wits end by the darkness does it become apparent that circumstances are not what they seem. Only the words of the old mine owner Bobby Hartmann separate them from tragedy at the hands of a great evil.
