3D Cinematography Basics - a survival guide

This is an introduction to 3D for camera department and production.
It's based on the experiences of Geoff Boyle in filming "Dark Country" and the three years since then of films and commercials in 3D.
It is in no way meant to be a manual that will make you a stereographer.
