Oil Record Book Part 2 Cargo and Ballast Operations (Oil Tankers)

Part II - Cargo and Ballas Operations, which will most likely be kept by the Cargo. An Oil Record Book shall be maintained on every vessel in accordance with the provisions of applicable Maritime Regulations. The Oil Record Book must be available at all times for examination by Nautical Inspectors or Inspectors of any Port State when within the jurisdiction of that State. The Oil Record Book Part II must be preserved for three years from the date of the last entry. The Oil Record Book Part II must be properly completed. All Cargo/Ballast Operations must be clearly and accurately recorded.
