NEW UNITED NATIONS CHARTER

We don’t need an international military force to force smaller nations into submission because there are peaceful ways of accomplishing this as outlined in NEW UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS. This is why this version of the United Nations Charter only has the General Assembly as the ruling body without the Security Council even being mentioned.
