Fractional Voting System

The primary purpose of this ebooklet is to provide a detailed analysis of the
fractional voting system (FVS) which can be used to bypass the Arrow's
paradox and to show how easy it is to implement FVS in the US and Indian
presidential elections. A secondary objective is to kindle the interest of
researchers in choice theory and bring it to the level of probability theory in
our academic curricula. Note that you need not have a Kindle to read this
ebooklet, Kindle for PC, Kindle Cloud Reader, iPad, Android device, or any
of the many ereaders available would suffice.
