Alter Ego Season 1, Episode 2: Premiere Issue (part 2 of 2)

After witnessing events that he cannot explain, Jack's trusted friend offers up a bizarre possibility -- that Molly may be a superhero. Despite his doubts, Jack sets out to investigate and test his wife's supposed abilities, and makes a startling discovery.

To make matters worse, Max sets his sights on Molly in order to retrieve an item that might hold the key to the source of his power and those of everyone else in Empire City. And Jack is able to identify the body found in the trunk of a car, a positive match that defies all logic.

Alter Ego is part of the new TV in Prose series. Designed to emulate a television series, each "season" will consist of eight episodes, including a season finale. There are currently plans for a total of four seasons.

While reminiscent of typical superhero stories, Alter Ego will include elements that are unique to the series, not only in the way characters are portrayed, but in the idea of the city itself and where the powers are derived from, which will become a central plot of the entire series.

The first season will focus on Jack's adjustment to having a superhero wife, his investigation into a mysterious body at the morgue, and an assassin sent to remove Jack from the equation.
