The story of The Pirate and The Princess and Old Troopy" was inspired by a young couple Pete and Nicole. The couple met in a small Australian tourist village. On their wedding day their story was recalled to explain why Troopy, a four wheel drive Troop Carrier was chosen to proudly take the Bride, along with her Bridesmaids, to the wedding ceremony to marry her Groom. The author has adapted the story as a gift to the couple so their story may be passed down through their descendants. With the essence of a real life, the story will appeal to all children who love to explore the stories of adventurous pirates and beautiful princesses.
