Giulio has been privileged to have worked with some of the industries top leaders and innovators such as Vidal Sassoon in London, L'oreal in Paris and Jacques Dassange in New York. He joined John Paul Mitchell Systems in 1986 where he received the highest award, the title Master Stylist, and is currently the owner of multiple Paul Mitch the School locations across the United States, as well as a franchise owner of Lunatic Fringe - A NAHA 2010 Winner in the Salon MBA Category

As a recipient of the Master of the Craft award from the Art of Fashion Group, Giulio's hair design work has been featured in numerous industry publications. Giulio has also been featured on nation television and radio networks such as Lifetime's The Balancing Act as well as other major networks.

Giulio is also know for his extensive philanthropic efforts. He was honored with the Mirror Image Award from Modern Salon for his work with City of Hope, Leeza's Place, Cancer Schmancer, Larry King Cardiac Foundation, Food 4 Africa, Habitat for Humanity,The coalition for the homeless and many others. When it comes to helping, teaching and inspiring people to reach their true potential, Giulio is never at a loss for words. This is his true passion and it's reflected not only in his Seminars but also in his first mutable award winning book, A Slap on the Back of the Head.
