NEW LAWS: NEW FUTURE LAWS

The internet is quickly revolutionizing the way that society and the economy will be functioning in the near future. Politics and the legal system is riddled with old unjust laws that are just not meant for the global societies of the future where communication will be worldwide, where internet education will dominate, where international business monopolies will reign supreme, and where robots, with the help of the standardization of parts, will be doing most of the physical and mental work that was traditionally the responsibility of the common man and woman. Many of us, at some point in our lives, have hoped for or wished for the day when we could have personal help in human or non-human form doing all the largely repetitive hard work for us. Well, such a future is just around the corner with robotic help but all the political systems and the laws that govern societies will have to be radically and sanely and justly changed to ensure a just and peaceful transition to the necessary new national and international realities that are just around the corner. Welfare laws and eventually voting laws will have to be justly changed since most of us will be living on some form of welfare in the not too distant future. We should not have the right to enslave the relatively few future working citizens who should not be supporting a luxurious welfare lifestyle which most of us would unwisely demand through the power of one vote one citizen. The national and international legal system will have to begin operating within a modern legal moral mission which in a nutshell is-in non-emergency situations-don’t murder, don’t steal, don’t lie, don’t commit adultery if married, and don’t destroy biodiversity! What stealing is and what should be considered to be a crime must be finely detailed because there are exceptions to stealing or forms of stealing which are permitted by society, often in the name of the general good or general welfare. The constitutions of each nation will have to change including a revolutionary and updated version of the United States Constitution. A New Universal Declaration of Human Rights is necessary to serve as a guide for just changes in national constitutions worldwide. Finally, a New United Nations Charter is necessary to ensure that all these national and international legal changes will happen in a largely peaceful way without the need for major military action of any kind.
Top to bottom changes will be necessary and the common man and woman are just not smart enough to petition for these necessary just legal changes from the bottom up. Wise and daring national and international leaders will have to change the old laws and update them or change them entirely with a new set of laws that will function justly in the new world that we should all be trying to create-a world with justice for human beings and also justice for wilderness plants and animals, both nationally and internationally.
