We can upload music to music hosting sites like Soundcloud and Reverbnation where potential fans can come and listen. The dilemma for us as artists is that none of these sites or services provides access to potential fans, so how do we get people to visit our pages on Soundcloud and Reverbnation to listen to our music, and how do we get people to our digital distribution stores to buy our music?
