The sandals are made with Embroidery Floss! You can pick your colors to match your swim suits. The directions are written in Crochet Shorthand, which is ch, st, hdc, tr, etc. You will need to know these basic crochet stitches, which are not given in the pattern. Each sandal requires 2 bundles of each of the 3 colors. You can easily make a pair this weekend!
