Description
The book, Zanga: The Evil Dimension is a continuation of Zanga's Dreamworld. It is about a 12-year-old boy, Zanga, who wakes up from a dream where a Man of Fire gives him a sword of fire with the symbol of a red dragon.
The moment the boy holds the sword in his hands he acquires the combined supernatural powers of the man of fire, the sword of fire and the red dragon. His mission is to destroy all evil in the dreamworld and the waking world.
On waking up Zanga discovers that the dream, where he defeated the Master of Darkness in the Dark Zone continues in the waking world. The Master of Darkness is speeding towards earth in the form of an asteroid to rule over earth and destroy all good.
The Evil One's earthly son, Beelzebub Dagon, has the task of destroying Zanga so that the boy cannot stop the Master of Darkness from descending on earth and establish his rule over it.
In a duel, Beelzebub Dagon lures Zanga into an evil dimension, Askeleton, from which no soul can escape. Zanga loses all his supernatural powers in the twilight world of Askeleton, where the sun never rises. He finds himself among condemned souls held captive by the Evil One to serve him eternally.
In Askeleton, the Master of Darkness decides to woo Zanga to his side of evil to fight good. A powerless Zanga accepts the offer and is given evil powers by the Master of Darkness and is made the master of Askeleton Kingdom.
But through the help of the Man of Fire, the evil powers of the Master of Darkness prove ineffective on Zanga. By using the power of good against evil, Zanga manages to turn the people of Askeleton against the Master of Darkness.
The Master of Darkness, in anger, destroys his captive souls and turns his anger against Zanga. The Evil One uses invisible powers to squeeze the life out of Zanga.
The boy, through the powers of the Man of Fire, the Sword of Fire and the Red Dragon summons the sun to appear in the Dark evil kingdom and causes the Master of Darkness to burst into flames and disappear.
Zanga manages to return to the earthly dimension by returning back to his lifeless boy.
