Battle Robots

Age Level: 9 - 12 | Grade Level: 4th and up

Matt is a pro Battle Robot fighter. He sits in a cockpit that controls a 50-foot-tall machine and fights against other robot competitors in a desert arena. Matt is without a battle robot because he has been suspended for mouthing off. Adin, his best friend, has just experienced the worst malfunction during a fight of her own, which has caused her battle robot to explode while she was still inside - she's safe, but not for long. Matt has very little time to make the half mile trek to her before her robot completely disintegrates. Without a battle robot of his own, he'll have to go it on foot. Will he be able to help her?
