The extractions in this book are Santa Fe New Mexico baptisms from July 1851-December 1867. They follow the form that was used when the priest or scribe wrote the entry down. Several of the entries appear to have different surnames for grandparents than the parent of the child. The spelling of the names varies from correct to phonetic or just what the scribe heard.
