If Love were Enough

April feels that if love were enough, her husband wouldn’t have been killed just days before the end of his tour of duty in Iraq. All she ever asked of God was for Adam’s safe return to her and their unborn child. Every day she sent up the same request, but now it is the day of Adam’s funeral and she wonders if God ever listened to any of her many prayers.
