‘Transient Resonance in Identical Creatures’ is a research project, started in 1970. It is top secret and carefully kept out of the mainstream of knowledge that is allowed to filter down to the general population. In 1971 it was taken over by the Department of the Army - Psychological Warfare Division and became ‘Transient Resonance in Identical Children’. A knowledge never meant to be discovered, let alone released into the realm of general public information, was leaked by a handful of survivors... or someone. The fragments of stories that popped up here and there were immediately discredited by all government agencies. Ten years later, when the experimental children were deemed a threat to national security, the project manager attempted to shut the project down. This really meant the experimental children were to be terminated. However, eight children escaped and survived. Orders were issued from the highest levels to hunt them down and kill them... a typical response by the NSA, CIA and other covert government agencies. Now a few high-level government employees are slated to decide the fate of the knowledge gained from the project. The survivors, however, dispursed around the country by an act of kindness and esperation to save them, are now finding each other. It will be interesting to see what they have in store for their creators.
