Description
Introduction
In their own ways, the adult learning theorists we have studied through our research and in our assigned text have identified and offered basically similar theoretical principles concerning the adult learning process. In the broadest sense, they agree that in social terms adult learners should strive to understand the human experience, and familiarize themselves with the knowledge, great ideas, and hallowed traditions of human civilization. Dewey, Kolb, Argyris, Itin, Wegner, and their peers are in agreement that adults should seek to understand society and develop the skills required to influence social change. Learning is in relationship between people, the environment, and experiences caused by the interaction go hand in hand (Itin.1999).
The copyright does not include any of my personal opinions. All information obtained is a composite of other authors knowledge and research. I have over 2,000 references and all authors are given complete credit for their work and you should also give these authors the credit for their work. Take my word for it YOUR INSTRUCTOR WILL KNOW!!! All documents are to be used strictly as, †reference materialâ€. I have already caught students trying to pass this reference material as their own when buying then returning the paper to Kindle and not putting in a bib.
