Still Life in a Red Dress

His name was Sonny, if that was really his name. He seemed to be struggling to come to terms with memories of a murdered Nicaraguan woman he still loved. Harper Harris was a photo-journalist and they met and were almost killed on a dusty road in the Sudan. He seemed obsessed with a search to find his lover's murderer, but the trail had gone cold. They met again in New York and in the morning he was gone, off to New Mexico to see a mysterious painting, one that his supposedly murdered lover had finished after her death. Clues lead Sonny again on an odyssey to uncover the truth from the one person whose fate has haunted him for thirty years and whose destiny holds the key to his salvation.
